Milford Riverwalk Farmers Market opens May 2

12mc farmers mktMILFORD — On May 2 the Milford Riverwalk Farmers Market – now in its twentieth year – will open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Oct. 3.
This year starts with the largest vendor selection the market has ever had with 31 vendors committed for the season. Returning this year: Little Wagon Produce, T.S. Smith, Evan’s Farm, Dave’s Nursery, Davidson’s Exotic Mushrooms, Tout De Suite, Melissa’s Cupcakery, Double D Produce, Gravelly Run Farm, Watergirl Farm, Stag Run Farm, Triple M Farm, & Twisted Fruit. Returning craft vendors: Beachy Keen, Bella’s Bath Bombs, Danielle Albanese (Jewelry), Joan Dau (Baby blankets), Kalypso Pottery, Mispillion Art League, And Vaya Wissman (Local prints).
New vendors include: Delmarva Popcorn & Nuts, Flagstone Produce, Wendy Welfley (handmade baskets), LJ’s Fresh Lamb, Mr. BBQ (featuring SnoYo and Hopkins Creamery Ice cream), The Pointe Coffee House and Bake Shoppe, Sugar and Spice and Everything Nice, Shell Chic, Shea by K, Reid Angus, & Nash Farms. New products include: various produce items, jellies, flowers, fresh lamb, fresh angus, spices and dry goods, baskets, popcorn, and more prepared food vendors.
Entertainment includes: Milford Jazz Band on May 2; ‘Imagine’ on May 9; Abbott’s Mill on May 16; Mispillion River Brewing tastings on May 30 and monthly free raffles.
