On Monday, April 6, the city of Milford Customer Service Department opened at its new location in the former PNC Bank/Milford Trust Company building, at 119 South Walnut Street in downtown Milford.

If you need to pay any bills, there is now no need to go out to Airport Road any longer. Mayor Shupe encourages folks to stop by the downtown office and visit Milford’s local businesses while you are there.

The new Customer Service Department has a lobby and drive through hours from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Customers who need to set up a new utility account or are in need of discussing their account will need to come inside the lobby to talk to a Customer Service Representative.
