Bayhealth Endocrinology welcomes Nira Amrita Madisi, MD

MCTJ Bayhealth endrocrinolgy new doc 8-26-15MILFORD — Bayhealth Endocrinology with offices in Dover and Milford is proud to welcome Nira A. Madisi, MD. The practice is now accepting new patients.

The practice is part of the Bayhealth Medical Group, a partnership of highly trained physicians, their clinical staff, and an administrative support team that operates practices throughout central and southern Delaware.

Dr. Madisi joins endocrinologists Tadele W. Desalew, MD and Kristine Parker, MD. “We are pleased to have Dr. Madisi join our team,” said Dr. Desalew. “She brings valuable experience and skills to our growing practice.”

The practice’s fellowship-trained endocrinologists diagnose and treat the following symptoms and conditions:

Dr. Madisi earned her medical degree at the University of the West Indies. She continued her training at George Washington University Hospital, in Washington, D.C., completing her fellowship in endocrinology. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins University, Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, where she was chief resident.

Dr. Madisi is a member of several professional societies including The Endocrine Society, American Thyroid Association, and the American Diabetes Association.
