Bridgeville man charged after forging medical documents

MILFORD – After allegedly forging documents from an area doctor, 40-year-old Cameron Carlisle of Bridgeville was charged by the Milford Police Department Dec. 13, according to Sgt. Robert Masten.

It was alleged that Carlisle altered a document from this doctor to use for a court proceeding as a reason for a positive result from a drug test.

Carlisle has been charged with forgery in the third degree and falsifying business records. Carlisle was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #2 where bail was set at $2,000 unsecured.  Carlisle is scheduled to appear at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas in January 2018 for an arraignment.
