David Keiper
David N. Keiper III assaulted a five-year-old female while left alone with three children at McDonald’s during a supervised visit Feb. 25, according to the Milford Police Department.
The department’s criminal division arrested and charged the 41-year-old Frederica resident March 14 with assault in the third degree, endangering the welfare of a child and child abuse in the third degree. He was also left alone during the visit with another five-year-old and a nine-year-old.
The five-year-old female victim sustained injuries to her neck as a result, according to police. Keiper was arraigned and released on $3,000 unsecured bond.
