Gold alert issued for Lincoln man

LINCOLN – The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Dwight J. Perkins, of Lincoln, Delaware.

Troopers are looking for Dwight Perkins, 45, who has not seen since approximately 9:45 a.m. this morning, Friday, November 25, 2016 after he left a relative’s residence located in the 22000 block of Mockingbird Lane, Lincoln.

There is a concern for Perkins’ welfare as troopers have been unable to make contact with him to check on him and attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful.

Dwight Perkins is described as being 5’11” tall, weighs approximately 185 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes. There is no clothing description available for Perkins.

If anyone has any information in reference to the whereabouts of Dwight Perkins, they are asked to call Troop 7 at 302-644-5020. Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, via the internet at www.tipsubmit.com, or by sending an anonymous tip by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword “DSP.”
