Local Easter Egg Hunts for 2018

Saturday, March 24

11 a.m. Spring Egg Hunt hosted by Milford’s Park & Recreation Department held at Bicentennial Park. Join us on the beautiful Mispillion River Greenway. 3-6 year olds will hunt at the Bicentennial Park and 7-8 year olds will start at Bicentennial Park and cross the pedestrian bridge and hunt at Memorial Park South. Prizes for everyone! Bring your egg basket and see the Spring Bunny.

11 a.m. until 1 p.m.: Spring Fling Paint Party at the Milford Public Library. Cat! From Copycat Paintings will help us paint a beautiful bunny for spring! Ages 7-12. Reserve your canvas today for only $2. Call us at 422-8996 or stop by.

12 p.m. Sixth annual Easter Eggstravaganza at Banneker Park in Milford. Featuring the areas largest egg hunt ,kids fun day and the legendary sack races!!. Thousands of eggs are up for grabs for all kids 12 and under as well as plenty of games, vendors, and giveaways for all ages. Event begins at 12 p.m. so please arrive in time to register for this FREE community event. For more information to sponsor, donate, or assist please call (302) 245-4456.

12 p.m. Fur Baby Boutique’s 7th Annual Easter Egg Hunt & Costume Contest at Bicentennial Park in Milford. Prizes include those for best Easter bonnet, best group, most original and judge’s choice. $10 cash only to hunt which goes directly to the local rescue onsite with adoptable dogs. Please pre-register. All pets must have their rabies and distemper vaccines up to date, be in good health and remain on a leash and under control of an adult at all times. No retractable leashes allowed.

1 p.m. Annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Elks Lodge in Milford.

Sunday, March 25

2 p.m. The Town of Ellendale will host its annual Easter Egg Hunt in the town park for children ages 12 and under. Please bring your own basket. Volunteers are needed. Please contact Town Hall at 302-422-6727.

Saturday, March 31

10 a.m. The annual Harrington Parks & Recreation Department’s Easter Egg Hunt will be held at St. Bernadette’s Church at the corner of Liberty and Dixon Streets in Harrington.

11 a.m. at Harrington Baptist Church.

11 a.m. at Bicentennial Park hosted by Northway Church. This is a free community event being held at Bicentennial Park and Memorial South Park along the Riverwalk! Children ages 0-11 years old are invited to come and participate in an Easter Egg Hunt. Registration is required.

12 p.m. Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Asbury United Methodist Church at 200 Weiner Ave. in Harrington. The hunt begins at 12 noon for children 12 years old and under.  Bring a basket or bag to collect.  Food, Fun, Fellowship, Faith and Prizes.
