MILFORD – The Milford Police Department arrested and charged a 59-year-old man June 5 after an incident occurred June 2 at a local car dealership located on N. Walnut Street.

Raymond H. Nutter was charged with theft of a motor vehicle and conspiracy in the second degree. Investigation revealed that Nutter had been doing odd jobs around the car lot.

After hours on June 2, Nutter and an unknown suspect gained access to one of the vehicles and removed it from the car lot. The vehicle was later recovered and returned to the dealership. Nutter was arraigned and released on $1,000.00 unsecured bond.
