Milford police seek public assistance with locating wanted man

MILFORD – Officers from the Milford Police Department responded to an apartment in Silver Lake Estates Dec. 9 at approximately 5 a.m. to a domestic related incident, according to Sgt. Robert Masten.

The investigation revealed Shaquel Bowe, 24 of Milford, reportedly entered the victim’s residence and engaged in a verbal altercation with the victim.  It has been reported Bowe then damaged the victim’s cell phone, according to police. Bowe then fled prior to police arrival by taking the victim’s car.

Further investigation revealed Bowe also had two active no contact orders in place, both issued by the Kent County Court of Common Pleas.  The first of the two orders stated he was to have no contact with the property of Silver Lake Estates and the second stating he was to have no contact with the victim.
