Three arrested for drugs in local business parking lot

The Milford Police Department arrested three suspects March 4 for drug use in a parking lot in Milford.

William V. Stewart, 46 of Bridgeville, Daniel M. Valora, 29 of Houston, and Cindy M. Wilson, 35 of Lincoln, were arrested and charged with conspiracy in the third degree, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Valora was additionally charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

On March 4 at approximately 1220 p.m., the police responded to the parking lot of a local business located in the 500 block of S. Dupont Blvd after receiving a report of a group of subjects sitting in a vehicle using illegal drugs. Upon arriving, Milford officers made contact with all three subjects and immediately observed the illegal drug use taking place.

Police seized a vast amount of used bags of heroin, .03 grams of heroin, 1.2 grams of marijuana, .9 grams of methamphetamine, oxycodone pills, morphine sulfate pills and hypodermic syringes.

Stewart was committed to SCI in default of $750.00 secured bond.

Valora was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $4,628.00. Valora also had an active capias out of Sussex County Court of Common Pleas.

Wilson was committed to WCI in default of $2,221.00 secured bond. Wilson also had an active capias out of Kent County Court of Common Pleas.
