Two Milford men charged for possessing Heroin

MILFORD – Two 24-year-old Milford men were arrested on drug-related charges Feb. 21 stemming from an incident which occurred in the area of the 400 block of S. Washington St.

Cameron M. Connelly was charged with possession of a controlled substance/Heroin, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. Raheem J. Williams was charged with possession with the intent to deliver Heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Milford Police seized a total 37 bags of heroin that were in the possession of both Connelly and Williams. Williams was taken into custody without incident. Williams was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $10,200.00 secured bond.

However, when the Milford Police attempted to take Connelly into custody he refused to obey police commands and physically resisted. After a brief struggle, officers were able to take Connelly into custody. Connelly was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $2,200.00 secured bond.
