Fraud investigation: Dover man arrested, second suspect at large

MILFORD – The Milford Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating Julian T. Lark II, 26 of North Carolina.  Lark is currently wanted for an incident that occurred between June 1, 2016 and July 5, 2016.

A 5-month investigation revealed that Lark and Kevin Cuthbertson, 27 of Dover, gained access to the 86-year-old victim’s check book and removed a large amount of money from the victims bank account.

Lark is currently wanted for two counts of theft over $1,500, two counts of forgery in the second degree and two counts of exploitation of a resident’s resources over $1,000.

Cuthbertson was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with attempted theft over $1,500 and forgery in the second degree. He was arraigned and released on a $4,000 unsecured bond.
