Murder suspect arrested in Philadelphia

MILFORD – Milford Police Detectives announced Sept. 24, that Abdul T. White, wanted in connection to an Aug. 8 home invasion and murder investigation, has been located and arrested. Police are still seeking one other in connection with these crimes.

According to Det. Dwight Young, the Philadelphia Police Department assisted with Mr. White’s apprehension on the morning of Sept. 23.

“He is now awaiting extradition,” said Det. Young.

With Mr. White’s capture that leaves only Ashley Gonzalez is still at large.

The Milford Police Criminal Division obtained arrest warrants for Abdul T. White, 30, of Philadelphia, earlier this month. He was wanted for first degree murder, home invasion and other charges related to the homicide of John G. Harmon, 40, of Milford on Aug. 8. at a residence located in the 500 block of N. Walnut St.

Ashley Gonzalez, 25, of Dover, is wanted for questioning for the homicide of John G. Harmon. She is described as a hispanic female, 5’00 115 lbs. Ms. Gonzalez is also considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of White and/or Gonzalez is asked to contact Det. Dwight Young or Det.
