Police: Drugs involved in Milford accident, Dover woman charged

A 42-year-old Dover woman was arrested Tuesday, Feb. 16 for driving under the influence of drugs and vehicular assault in the second degree.

According to the Milford Police Department, Helene D. Hallett was allegedly involved in an accident with another vehicle in the intersection of US 113 and Airport Rd. Monday, Dec. 14.

The 49-year-old operator of the other vehicle suffered an upper extremity injury and was transported to Bayhealth’s Milford Memorial Hospital for treatment. Hallett was also transported to the same hospital for minor injuries.

Also known as Helene D. Reardon, Hallett was arraigned and released on $2,000 unsecured bond.
