Police investigate shots fired on Southwest Front Street

MILFORD – Officers from the Milford Police Department responded to Southwest Front Street, just east of Church Street, Sunday, Dec. 18 around 1:52 a.m. after hearing a report of shots fired during a large fight.

Upon arrival, officers observed a group of approximately 50-60 people. The group appeared to be in the beginning stages of a physical altercation, according to police.

Officers were able to get the crowd to disperse and leave the area, but were unable to determine who discharged the weapon.  There have been no reports of anyone being injured.
